You agree that you are over 18 to receive this service.

You agree and understand that any decision that you make based on a reading/talk therapy 

is by your own free will and choice .

You agree and understand that Predictions have No guarantees as life paths can change.

You agree and understand that there is no time in spirit therefore any time line given is 

only an estimation and can not be guaranteed.

You agree and understand that Psychic-lights will hold no responsibility for the decisions 

that you make before, during and after a reading/therapy. 

You agree and understand that by Uk law any psychic reading is for entertainment only.

 

If you feel that we are not connecting during your Telephone appointment Please tell us

within the first 5 minutes of your readings/therapy.

At this point the reading/therapy will stop and a full refund will be given.   

However anything after the 1st 5 minutes No refund will be issued.

All cancellations must be given 24hrs before your reading/therapy time and date, where a 

full refund will be given.

If a phone appointment time is made and we can NOT get hold of you or your phone goes to voice mail 

we will try again to contact you.  If after 3 attempts you are still not available for your appointment 

50% only of you payment will be refunded to you.

If on a One 2 One reading/Therapy you do Not turn up for the appointment, and you have Not notified us 

24 hours before your reading, NO refund will be given.

If on a one to one reading / therapy you feel that there is no connection and the reading / therapy is not 

for you, The reading / therapy will be stopped and a 40% refund only will be issued. However you Must

advise us within the 1st 5 minutes of the reading/therapy starting.  After this time No refund will be issued.

If for whatever reason psychic-lights is unable to proceed with your reading/therapy you will be notified

and a new appointment will be given, This time and date can be changed subject to availability to suit your needs.

Psychic-lights also has the right to refuse/refund a Reading/Therapy without giving a service if we feel this is necessary.

 

By having a reading/talk therapy with psychic-lights you understand and agree to the above T's & C's.
