This is a great place to start when you just need that little help to work through your problems and could be perfect over the phone if you just need a little bit of privacy as you can be around people without them knowing who you are taking too.
 
We do recommend however that it would be better if you were sat on your own during talk therapy.
 
Through Talk Therapy we will look at where you've come from,
where you are in life now and how you can cope.
What you want for your future and how you will get there .
Talk Therapy is your 1st little steps to a bigger and brighter future.
 
This therapy session will take an hour of your time, you can book in for longer, However we recommend no longer than 2hrs per session.
For a 2 hour therapy session please just place Qty 2 in the basket.
Otherwise leave as one.
